Update!

Hey everyone!  First of all, the last two shows we played were both awesome!  As everyone knows, the 17th was one of the most well attended and greatest show in Louisville for a while and definitely our best performance.  Thanks to everyone that came out that show and to all the bands that played.

Secondly, we have a show on January 22nd coming up with a whole bunch of local bands.  I don't know many of these bands and it's being held at a venue that hasn't been used for hardcore shows for a couple of years, but it's always cool to play in front of new people and in different locations.  Here's the link to the Facebook event for more info-January 22nd!

Lastly, just in case you didn't know, we now have cassette tapes for sale and will hopefully have shirts at the show on the 22nd.

See ya later!

Upcoming Shows!

On December 17th we're playing the first show that we've played in a few months and one of the most ridiculous shows we've had in Louisville for a while.  Almost every single Louisville local plus bands from Chicago, Kansas City and everywhere in between!  It got moved to Skull Alley and will be the last time anyone will mosh in the venue, so you better be there and rockin'!  Here's the link to the Facebook event if you'd like to check it out-http://www.facebook.com/home.php?#!/event.php?eid=104474309625682

On December 21st we will be playing a show at The Chestnut House with Late Ones, Rust Belt Lights, Skinwalkers and Walkthrough!  Here's the link to the Facebook event if you'd like more info-http://www.facebook.com/home.php?#!/event.php?eid=143659245683273

Into the Drain Demo lyrics-

Fold-
This is ego
I've never seen
It comes right from your breathe
This "accepted"
I've failed to see
You have chosen blindness
You've got so much more to lose
You've got much less room to move
You've got so much more to prove
To nobody but you

Family Gathering-
Bite your tongue and bear it, well I can't bear it anymore
Thrown into this cold world, white sheets smothered around my head
I'll "dabble, dawdle," my whole life, watch it slowly pass me by
Heart began to swell from these horrors shown everyday
You melt down the streets, such a terrible taste
All those hours, days, years gone to waste
Riding through a storm that nobody needs
You're a sea of impurity, a sink of iniquity
I'll sing until these lungs bleed, about what I know and what I believe
Half a world away with so much to say

UPM-
Trapped in the mind of one other
How does it feel
To taste the metal bars
To know the bitter end
To ignore your containment
You've been locked in the inside
We've said this from the start
You've been trapped in the inside
We've said this from the start
This isn't a present that can be erased
These are your friends that you've chose to replace
Temporary, this we know
But how long can this go
We've already lost our trust
That this isn't something you don't truly want
That this isn't something you'll ever leave
We gave our lives to this
I feel your dead souls and see your devils
And now you're still walking through flames

Every Hour-
I'm pulling out my hair
For years that I could have veered
Now that it's done and over I look back and thank myself
Now I'm here and still don't care
What the "sane" are doing
Ruin yourself, not me
At least I can still admit
My dead past
I now outlast

Vacant-
Twenty one years, already wearing a ring
When you're so scared that you'd never feel a thing
Lost from everything, everyone, everywhere all of the time
I'll live my life forever alone
Anything to stray from this lifelong home
I see it in all of their senseless eyes
You're the reason I stand to divide
I don't want the house up on the hill
Living in fear isn't such a thrill

Relapse-
Put in this trap of debt
Where I'll never forget
What got me here
I can't ever forgive
The pain you pushed my way
These colors never fade
And now I'm standing here
Still lost, without fear
Put in this trap of debt
Where I'll never forget
What got me here
I can't ever forgive
The pain you pushed my way
These colors never fade
And now I'm standing here
No love
No fear

Evasion-
My harsh views on reality
Don't affect me like you think
I don't care what you see in me
I have no care to keep you pleased
Running circles in my head
Jesus Christ, I'd rather be dead
Playing games in my mind
Come to find you only want what's mine

About three weeks ago we went to Indianapolis to record our new demo with Brandon Burdine.   The demo has two old songs that were on the s/t and then five new songs, one of which will be going on the Louisville Sound Compilation being put out by Living Touch in the future.  Here's the link to downlaod it for free-Into the Drain Demo

About six months ago or so we recorded our S/T EP with Will Allard at his house here in Louisville.  Here's the  link to download it for free- http://www.mediafire.com/?oqtdj1ykjit

Introduction

We are a band consisting of young kids that love hardcore from Louisville, Kentucky, just having fun and playing shows.  We made this blog just to keep updated on what we are up to and upcoming shows we may have.

For my own sake and memory, here are a few shows that we've played in the past:
